What we collect
When you submit a trip request or contact message, we collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, optional email and travel preferences. Customers do not need an account.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, plan your trip, discuss prices and assist with bookings. Your consent allows our team to contact you about your request. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
Our website uses hosting, database and email services to store enquiries and send notifications. Access to customer details is restricted to authorised staff and service providers that support the service. Booking-related sharing should be explained before booking.
Drafts and security
The trip form temporarily saves your draft in this browser tab so you can continue after a refresh. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed when a trip request succeeds. You can clear browser storage to remove a draft. We use technical controls to restrict access to submitted information.
Retention and your requests
Before launch, Kanasu must define its retention schedule and publish a privacy contact. You may use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Any applicable booking, accounting or legal retention requirements will need to be considered.
Cookies and analytics
Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. The customer trip flow does not require authentication. The initial website does not send form contents to advertising or analytics services.
