Submitting a trip request begins a conversation with Kanasu Vacations. It does not confirm a booking, reserve a price or create an obligation to purchase. Our travel team aims to contact you within 24 hours.
Itineraries and quotations
Destination information is inspiration for a personalised trip. Final itineraries, inclusions, availability and prices are discussed with you before booking. No fixed package prices are offered on this website.
Bookings and payments
Any booking will be subject to an agreed quotation and the relevant supplier’s terms. Payment schedules, cancellation rules, refunds and changes must be provided before you confirm or pay.
Travel requirements
Travellers should provide accurate information relevant to their trip. Passport, visa, entry and other travel requirements should be checked for the final itinerary before booking.
Changes and cancellations
Travel arrangements may depend on supplier availability and conditions. Kanasu must explain the applicable change and cancellation terms in the final booking documents.
